A Celebration of Culture and Community

Beyond the main competition, the EBC 2026 offered a rich program of cultural activities. The Blues Market served as a vital networking hub for professionals, labels, and festival promoters, while the European Blues Expo celebrated the history of the movement through digital photography and memorabilia.

“The EBC is more than just a contest; it is a family reunion for the European blues community,” stated the EBU board. The collaboration with the City of Katowice and local organizers ensured a world-class production, reinforcing the EBC’s role as the primary platform for emerging blues artists in Europe.
